Mimosa Isomäki (b.1999) is a Helsinki based painter working mainly with oil paint on canvas and more recently sculptural metal framing. They obtained their education from Vapaa Taidekoulu where they graduated (2023) with a scholarship awarded by Anita Snellman Foundation. Isomäki's latest solo shows were in Uusi Kipinä gallery in Lahti (2025), Make Your Mark gallery in Helsinki (2024) and Poriginal gallery of Pori Art museum (2024) and they have participated in numerous group exhibitions in Finland which include Taidekoti Kirpilä in Helsinki (2025), Yö gallery in Helsinki (2024/2025), Maalla art festival in Lapua (2023), Maa-Tila project room in Helsinki (2023) and Glasshouse Helsinki (2022). While being active in the field as an artist, they also participate in curatorial/organizational practices in various DIY art events in Helsinki. Isomäki’s work is included in Seppo Fränti’s collection, Finnish art society and dozens of private collections.
